Ice Cream United in Cologne

Always delicious, great varieties and everything freshly prepared because you can even taste the fruit. Great! The lemon mint ice cream is especially good for those who are not so into sweet ice cream!

The ice cream is very tasty, we all enjoyed it! The size of the balls is okay for the price and the people there are very friendly and relaxed despite the difficult Corona situation. We have been there at least 10 times this summer and we have never been disappointed.

The ice cream tastes excellent, but the prices for a scoop are a bit excessive.

... if you ignore the whole Shaiz about football: These are really good ice cream creations. BlueBerryCheesecake has only a few berries, but is far ahead in terms of taste. This is how chocolate should taste and pistachio is a dream. Whether croissants or cups - everything is filled with a spatula. Fümmenninzisch olé ???

Very rude server and quickly gets angry because it takes time to choose. I ended up having a pistachio milkshake (they didn't have any vanilla left) and it really wasn't good, it was more like milk with chunks of pistachio in it.

Unfortunately we didn't like the ice cream. A little watery and that. The service was attentive and very friendly! Therefor 2 stars.

Very tasty ice cream that stays ultra-creamy thanks to constant stirring. There is a variety for everyone, there is also a small selection of vegan options. You definitely pay for the "brand", a ball costs € 1.50 (as of July 2020). The staff could be a little friendlier.

Nice shop, really invites you to eat ice cream. Staff quite friendly but unfortunately that doesn't make the ice better. Doesn't really taste delicious. Too bad.

The ice cream tastes a bit more aromatic, like in the normal ice cream parlor. Probably a little more of the expensive ingredients (cream, vanilla, ...) are used, which is also reflected in the price.

So I was greeted very coldly as a guest, which I cannot understand at all to serve a customer so badly in the price range. If I pay € 1.50 per ball, I expect the taste to be a little more lively and not artificial. I won't do that to myself again.

Best ice cream in Cologne !? Maybe ... definitely one of the best! And also the only shop where I can take a decent espresso affogato.

The ice cream is super creamy and very aromatic. However, there is mostly ice cream based on cream or milk and in my opinion it is sometimes very sweet. Not my favorite ice cream parlor but definitely recommended :)!

The consistency of the ice cream here is just so smooth and the constant churning helps to incorporate so much more flavor in the ice cream. - Eaten in October, 2019.

When you buy a Mr Whippy ice cream you know it is going to be pretty bad but it will be cheap and kind of nostalgic, the Ice cream at Ice Cream United is disappointing because it is not rally bad but it is not cheap either, mostly the flavours I tried (vanilla, chocolate, salt caramel) were bland, a little too much sugar and somehow artificial which is really surprising for home made ice cream with a long history. All I can say is I don't know why it is popular, I would not go there again.

Probably one of the creamiest ice-cream I ever had. I like the texture, but not everyone is a fan of it. I also like the fact that their ice-cream are by default not too sweet. Their range of flavours could expand. Prices are quite standard. I would patronise them if I happen to be in the area.

Finally it went to the nuts! My trilogy is over now and my verdict is clear! It is a Cologne tip, which should not be kept secret. Have now tasted fruity, chocolaty and nutty and all 3 was just awesome. In addition to the various passionate store and ice cream, there are also unusual croissants. I stayed with the Basicwaffel so as not to be distracted by the taste of the waffle. Poldi also seems to know what's good! You will see me more often !!!

Lecker ice-cream. It's smooth and creamy and at only €1.50 per scoop, it's really worth what you pay for. Would definitely recommend this ice cream shop over many other places.

I've been coming here for three years. It used to be great. Today I had to do the unthinkable and throw away half of my icecream. Tastes like frozen cream. The erdbeer tasted more fake than what is found in penny.

Not sure where this hype is coming from. The ice cream wasn’t good in terms of flavor and texture. Won’t come back

The workers was rude and we felt not welcome at all I think because we aren’t white! The other ( WHITE ) costumers were treated better with big smile , So if your brown be carful:)

Cool vibe (you can see the ice cream being made if you are lucky), friendly staff, nice selection. I loved the creaminess of their ice creams as come from New Zealand.

lots of hype around the place due to the celebrity ownership but the "gelato" is mediocre ... lack of flavour and way too fatty, yogurt - ok
